Kundalini yoga is known as “the yoga of awareness”.

Classes are on Saturdays, 11am - 1pm , £10.00.

We will be using a combination of yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayam), meditation, mantra (chanting) and relaxation.

Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and a cushion.
